Job summary

Volvo Cars seeks a Data Analyst to join the Function Integration Team. You will analyze large-scale embedded data, build dashboards, and drive data-driven decision making across software and hardware integration.

You will collaborate with product managers and stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights. Fluency in Swedish and English, plus a driving licence, are preferred.

Qualifications

• MSc in Electrical and Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with tests in rig and cars.
• Experience in data analysis and data visualization.
• Proficient with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• Good analytical and structured working style.
• Fluency in Swedish and English; driving licence.

What You'll Do
You have a passion for embedded software systems and large-scale embedded SW development organizations where we make data-driven decisions. You seek to continuously improve the efficiency and drive the transformation to a digitalized way of working by moving from manual to automatic data driven methods. Collaboration and networking come natural to you as well as the goal that our software- and electronics- architecture and processes should enable our business. You are communicative and can use suitable value argumentation in dialogue with both product managers, stakeholders and when empowering the test and integration developers.
As a Data Analyst in this team, you will:

• Collect, structure and analyze data from various sources

You also have

• M.Sc in Electrical and Software Engineering or similar relevant experience
• Knowledge on tests in rig and cars and understand how complex our product is
• Experience in data analysis and data visualization
• Is familiar with tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar
• Good analytical skills and a structured way of working
• Communicates clearly and can explain complex data in a simple way
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Driving licence
• Team spirit
