Job summary

Myntro is seeking a Technology Security Lead to strengthen our security foundation across our technology and product landscape. This first-line operational role collaborates with the CISO, Risk & Compliance, and external partners to translate security requirements into practical actions and evidence.

You will drive ICT controls, incident follow-up, supplier security, audits, continuity, resilience and remediation, ensuring security is built into everyday engineering rather than only on paper.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information security, technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with technology security, ICT controls, IT operations or security governance.
• Practical understanding of security frameworks and controls such as ISO 27001, DORA, incident management, or continuity planning.
• Experience coordinating security activities, audits, evidence collection, or remediation efforts.
• The ability to work effectively with technical teams, suppliers, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive first-line execution of technology security and ICT control activities.
• Translate security, risk, and regulatory requirements into practical actions.
• Coordinate evidence and preparation for ISO, DORA, audits, and internal control reviews.
• Track security gaps, findings, and remediation actions through to completion.
• Support incident follow‑up, continuity work, and resilience testing.
• Coordinate supplier security and outsourcing control activities for technology services.
• Act as the operational counterpart between Technology & Product, CISO, and Risk & Compliance.
