Deploja-Ab is seeking a consultant with deep expertise in enterprise mobile device management and Android Enterprise. You will work with clients on large-scale deployments, focusing on Workspace ONE, Android lifecycle management, and secure provisioning of retail devices such as POS/Kiosk terminals.

Strong diagnostic skills and English proficiency are essential. Experience with REST APIs, peripherals integration, and payments ecosystems is highly valued.

• Experience managing Android-based POS, SCO or kiosk devices.
• Experience integrating peripherals via USB, Bluetooth, Ethernet, serial interfaces.
• Experience with payment solutions and terminals is an advantage.
• Understanding of Android OS lifecycle, security updates and provisioning.
• Experience developing or integrating apps communicating with hardware and backend systems.
• Experience with REST APIs and integration technologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements to technical specs and engage partners.
• Knowledge of POS/SCO peripherals like terminals, barcode scanners, printers.
• Networking concepts for mobile/retail devices (Wi‑Fi, DNS, certificates).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID IAM concepts.

We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Essential requirements:

• Deep expertise in enterprise mobile device management and Android Enterprise, preferably in a large-scale retail or frontline environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Android Enterprise and UEM/MDM platforms, such as Workspace ONE, including Managed Google Play, Android Zero-touch, OEM management capabilities, application management, device restrictions, kiosk/lockdown configurations, and device lifecycle management.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues across hardware, Android OS, applications, UEM/MDM, network connectivity, and third-party services.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills. Verbal and written English proficiency is a must.
• Experience managing Android-based POS, SCO, kiosk, or other dedicated-purpose retail devices.
• Experience integrating and troubleshooting peripherals using technologies such as USB, Bluetooth, Ethernet, serial interfaces, and network-based protocols.
• Experience working with payment/EFT solutions, payment terminals, payment SDKs, or acquiring/payment service providers is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of Android operating systems, including OS lifecycle management, security updates, OEM-specific capabilities, application compatibility, and device provisioning.
• Experience developing or integrating applications that communicate with hardware peripherals and enterprise/backend systems.
• Experience working with REST APIs and other integration technologies.
• Experience working with external vendors and technology partners, including the ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and evaluate technical solutions.
• Good understanding of POS/SCO architecture and retail peripherals, including payment terminals/EFT, barcode scanners, receipt printers, cash drawers, customer displays, RFID readers, and other connected devices.
• Understand enterprise networking and connectivity concepts relevant to mobile and retail devices, such as Wi‑Fi, certificates, DNS, Bluetooth, and network authentication.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and Access Management (IAM) and enterprise authentication concepts.
