Job summary

Geely Europe Innovation and Collaboration AB in Gothenburg seeks a Tech Lead Network Infrastructure to define and drive the network architecture strategy across hybrids, multi-clouds, and multi-site environments. You will lead secure connectivity design and standardize patterns to support European operations.

You will oversee implementation, security controls, and compliance with NIS2, GDPR, and ISO 27001, while mentoring engineers and collaborating with product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in network engineering or cloud networking.
• Designing enterprise network solutions in hybrid/multi-cloud environments, Azure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, and load balancing.
• Hands-on with Azure networking services (VNet, ExpressRoute, Private Link, VPN).
• Experience with IaC (Terraform or Bicep) and monitoring (Azure Monitor, Grafana).

Responsibilities

• Design secure, scalable connectivity across Europe.
• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of networking services across cloud, on-premises, office, and site environments.
• Establish and standardize network architecture patterns like Hub & Spoke, Landing Zones, and Zero Trust.
• Enable connectivity between on-premises, cloud, partners, APIs, and devices.
• Design and implement network security controls including segmentation, firewalls, WAF, Private Endpoints, and DDoS protection.
• Ensure compliance with NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001.
• Own reliability, availability, and performance of network services with SLAs/SLOs and monitoring.
• Lead incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for network issues.
• Develop reusable, self-service networking capabilities for platform and product teams.
• Mentor within the network and infrastructure domain.
• Evaluate new technologies and support vendor selection to improve services.
