Job summary

Husqvarna is seeking a Tech Lead – Digital Marketing to define technical direction for a new product team in Jonsered. You will lead hands-on engineering across frontend, backend, DevOps and QA, guiding AI-enabled development and responsible use of AI within the software lifecycle.

You will collaborate with a Product Owner, Solution Architect and Husqvarna IT to manage technical debt, CI/CD, security and performance, while coaching staff and contributing to recruitment and FinOps decisions.

Qualifications

• Senior experience as a software engineer, lead developer or Tech Lead for a customer-facing digital product.
• Strong experience with Sitecore and the .NET ecosystem.
• Experience with React, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, and AI-assisted engineering is a plus.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

• Set technical direction and engineering standards, and contribute hands-on to design, development and code review.
• Lead engineering practices across frontend, backend, DevOps and QA, including AI-assisted engineering.
• Own release planning, deployment and incident response.
• Ensure quality, security, performance and operational readiness.

We are now bringing it in-house and are looking for a Tech Lead – Digital Marketing to help build a dedicated product team – combining hands-on engineering, technical leadership and responsible use of AI.About the teamYou will join a new product team in the division's marketing department in Jonsered – a Business Owner/Product Manager, Product Owner, Senior Frontend Developer and UX/Service Designer – working closely with external specialists and Husqvarna's IT department in a Product DevOps model.About the roleAs senior technical authority and lead developer, you set the technical direction while staying hands-on in design, development, code review and releases.
