Job summary

Flightradar24 is seeking a Tech Lead to own the engineering behind our full B2B product portfolio, including live data feeds, APIs, and historical exports. You will shape architecture and technology choices to deliver reliable, scalable, and safe solutions.

You will work with our Sales team to define what to build, and as the company scales you will help build a world-class engineering team, spanning data, web, and infrastructure across our B2B offerings.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience building and operating production software at scale.
• Comfort across a modern technology stack from data platforms to frontend applications.
• Ability to understand complex legacy systems and evolving architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering behind Flightradar24's entire B2B product portfolio, from customer-facing features to data pipelines and services.
• Design and build scalable backend services powering live data feeds, APIs, historical exports, and new commercial products.
• Work across the full technical stack from data lakehouse to frontend applications.
• Transform raw aviation data into valuable products for customers.
• Improve scalability, reliability, observability, and production operations.
• Collaborate with platform, data, web, and infrastructure teams to integrate with the Flightradar24 ecosystem.
