Job summary

Boliden is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (temporary, approx. 12 months) to lead recruitment for our operations across Kiruna, Gällivare, Luleå, Piteå or Skellefteå.

The role involves spending 2–3 days per week on site in Gällivare and ongoing collaboration with hiring managers and HR colleagues. You will manage workforce planning and requirements, deliver a high-quality candidate experience, and ensure structured, fair hiring processes while using digital recruitment tools.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or talent sourcing.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional working proficiency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment processes from workforce planning through to hiring.
• Partner with managers and guide recruitment processes.
• Deliver a professional, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience.

The position can be based in Kiruna, Gällivare, Luleå, Piteå or Skellefteå.
