Job summary

inventYOU IT Consulting seeks a Systems Engineer to help develop advanced defense and information systems where hardware, software, communications and security integrate to form robust solutions for defense and critical infrastructure.

You will ensure requirements become verifiable technical solutions across the lifecycle and work with PMs, developers, test engineers and stakeholders to build quality and coherence across projects.

Qualifications

• University or MSc degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Experience with complex technical systems and cross-functional development.
• Strong experience in requirements management, traceability, verification, and testing.
• Ability to identify risks early and analyze technical problems.
• Experience producing technical documentation.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own the system lifecycle from requirements to verification and validation.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, test engineers and stakeholders.
• Build structure, quality and technical coherence across projects.
• Develop architecture, system integration, traceability and change management.
• Create verification matrices, verification plans and test specifications.
