Job summary

Integro-Consulting-Ab in Gothenburg is seeking a proactive System Designer for safety-critical automotive systems. You will design and develop system-level solutions that align with product and platform requirements and drive software function development from concept through validation.

Collaborate with software, hardware, verification and product stakeholders; define system interfaces, ensure traceability across requirements and design; support integration and testing on vehicle platforms; and

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Mecatronics, Electrical- or System Control Engineering.
• 5+ years as System Designer in automotive ADAS.
• Experience in software function development in automotive.
• Hands-on with CarWeaver or similar SE tools.
• Solid understanding of automotive system architecture, signals, interfaces.
• Experience in a complex stakeholder environment with coordination skills.
• Swedish Driving license B is required.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with agile development in automotive.
• Experience testing and validating functions on vehicle.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience as a System Designer preferably within automotive ADAS systems
• Experience in software function development, preferably in the automotive domain
• Hands‑on experience with CarWeaver or similar system engineering tools
• Solid understanding of automotive system architecture, signals, and interfaces
• Experience working in a complex stakeholder environment, requiring strong coordination and alignment skills
• Swedish Driving license B is a must

• Matlab (Simulink/stateflow)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
