Job summary

Accion Labs in Sweden seeks a DevOps/Support Engineer to provide Level 1 Swedish-language support for end clients, and troubleshoot applications hosted on Windows servers and AWS.

You will automate deployment and operational processes using Configuration-as-Code (YAML, JSON, XML), develop DevOps scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python), build CI/CD pipelines, and strengthen monitoring, networking and security in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience (Intermediate to Senior level).
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments.
• Experience with AWS Cloud.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
• Experience with Configuration-as-Code.
• Git and scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Cloud networking experience (VPCs, subnets, load balancers, DNS).
• HTTPS / TLS.
• Automation of deployment and operational pipelines.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
• Genuine interest in healthcare technology and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support in Swedish for end clients.
• Support and troubleshoot applications hosted on Windows servers and AWS.
• Automate deployment and operational processes using YAML, JSON, XML.
• Develop and automate DevOps scripts using PowerShell and Bash.
• Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Support cloud infrastructure operations including networking and security.
• Collaborate with internal teams in a fast-paced production environment.
