Cbtalents is recruiting a Swedish-speaking Google Ads Sales Executive to partner with Swedish companies and agencies, delivering tailored digital advertising strategies and driving growth across EMEA from a Barcelona base.

The role focuses on building relationships, offering Google product solutions, and guiding clients with a consultative approach to maximise ROI while meeting ambitious sales targets and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• C2 level Swedish and high level English.
• 1-2 years sales or online advertising experience.
• Knowledge of Google products (Google Ads, AdSense, YouTube).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with clients and agency partners.
• Promote additional digital marketing solutions.
• Provide strategic consultancy to maximize ROI using a consultative approach.
• Achieve individual sales targets while ensuring high-quality customer experience.
• Engage with customers via phone, video calls, and email.
