Job summary

Cbtalents seeks a Swedish-speaking Google Ads Sales Executive to partner with Swedish companies and agencies, delivering customized digital advertising strategies. You will expand the client base across EMEA while ensuring top-tier customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will work in a hybrid Barcelona office (39 hours/week) with relocation support, private health insurance, ongoing training, and a performance bonus up to 3,408 EUR per year.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• C2 level Swedish and high level English.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
• Knowledge of Google products such as Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
• Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills.
• Team-oriented, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Goal-driven and customer-focused mindset.

As a Google Ads Sales Executive, you will partner with Swedish companies and agency partners to deliver customized digital advertising strategies. Working in a goal-oriented environment, you will help expand the clients customer base across EMEA while contributing to strong customer experiences and innovation within the Spanish online marketing landscape.

Responsibilities

Build and strengthen relationships with clients and agency partners by delivering tailored, performance-driven digital advertising strategies

Promote additional digital marketing solutions aligned with customer needs

Provide strategic consultancy to maximize return on investment (ROI) using a consultative sales approach

Achieve individual sales targets while ensuring a high-quality customer experience

Proactively engage with customers via phone, video calls, and email

Requirements

BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience

C2 level Swedish and high level of English

1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising

Knowledge of Google products such as Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube
