Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Swedish-speaking Digital Marketing Specialist in Barcelona with a relocation bonus. You will identify ad solutions for Swedish companies and agency partners, drive PPC campaigns, and help clients maximise ROI in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Hybrid Barcelona role, full-time 39h, relocation includes flight, up to 2 months accommodation, private health insurance support.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• C2 level of Swedish.
• Fluent English communication.
• 1+ year in digital marketing, preferably PPC.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, AdSense and YouTube.
• A team player with strong communication and leadership.
• Excellent presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about marketing, tech and online advertising.
• Full-time 39 hours/week, permanent contract.

Responsibilities

• Identify and apply appropriate advertising solutions for Swedish companies.
• Collaborate with agencies and partners to deliver ROI-focused campaigns.
• Meet or exceed assigned quotas and drive client growth across EMEA.
• Communicate proactively via phone, video conference and email.
