Job summary

The lemon Consulting is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Swedish) to join our on-site team in Larnaca, Cyprus. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat, assist with account-related issues and escalate complex cases.

Fluent Swedish and English are required, along with strong communication, problem-solving and the ability to multitask under pressure. We offer relocation support, training and an international gaming support environment.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Swedish speaker (C1 or higher).
• Fluent English.
• Completed secondary education.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Good computer and technology skills.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Friendly, reliable and customer-oriented approach.
• Clean criminal record.
• Willingness to relocate to and work on-site in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to users via phone, email and live chat.
• Assist customers with account-related, technical and platform-related inquiries.
• Support users with password resets, payments and general account management queries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, solution-oriented guidance.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach across all interactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and relevant case information.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
