Job summary

Integro Consulting AB is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and operate backend services in Java, Go, Python and AWS for an automotive connectivity client. You will work in a team delivering 100% onsite in Gothenburg, shaping platform services for tracking, emergency, and vehicle positioning.

You will own design, development, testing, production rollout and monitoring across the service lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams and car brands, taking ownership of production

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in backend software development.
• Technical degree in software engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent English communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer within Java, Go, Python and AWS for our client within automotive connectivity.

Job description

You will work in a team that builds and operates backend services within Assistance Services domain for vehicles. The solutions support critical connected-vehicle journeys, including stolen vehicle tracking, emergency services, roadside assistance, vehicle positioning, and call-center operations.

As part of the team, you’ll work with cloud-based services, APIs, integrations, databases and monitoring. Current initiatives include improving position handling for vehicle services, supporting new vehicle launches and customer rollouts, developing global assignment capabilities, migrating customer-care solutions, and strengthening alarm management through PagerDuty.

The team's culture is based on collaboration and ownership. Instead of spoon-feeding individual team members with tasks, the team commits to delivering bigger user stories. User story breakdown and refinement is done in a collaborative on-demand fashion

You will in this role work cross-functionally across various teams and with various car brands. In this role the team's responsibility extends throughout the service lifecycle—from design and development to testing, production rollout, monitoring, support, and continuous improvement.
