Job summary

SEB invites students to join the Data, Analytics & Reporting (DAR) team as a summer intern. You will work within Investor Services and collaborate with colleagues across regions to develop data-driven insights and automated reporting solutions.

You will be guided by at least one tutor, engage in introductory activities, and contribute to real business projects while learning how SEB uses data and technology in banking.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a university degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Business Admin, Industrial Engineering, CS, Data Science, Statistics or Mathematics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data.
• Curiosity about analytics, AI, automation and data visualization in financial services.
• Good communication and collaboration across diverse backgrounds.
• Proactive, structured and responsible with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support data analysis and visualization tasks within Data, Analytics & Reporting (DAR).
• Explore opportunities for automation and AI in reporting and analytics.
• Assist in developing data quality initiatives and data-product efforts.
• Participate in projects across Investor Services, Business Services and Technology.
• Communicate findings clearly to team members and stakeholders.
