Job summary

BCG Platinion Nordics in Stockholm seeks a Principal to shape technology agendas for leading clients. You will partner with C-suite executives to drive transformation, originate opportunities in AI and digital modernization, and lead cross‑functional programs spanning strategy and execution.

You will orchestrate multidisciplinary teams, guide large transformations, and mentor senior talent while shaping BCG Platinion's Nordic growth and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, informatics or a related area with strong grades.
• At least twelve years of substantial IT consulting experience leading design and management of IT strategy and implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CEOs and other senior executives to shape technology agendas.
• Origin and shape new opportunities across AI, digital technology modernization and enterprise transformation.
• Lead upstream commercial dialogue, turning client challenges into compelling propositions and transformational programs.
• Architect and lead large, complex transformation programs spanning strategy, technology, organization, operating model and implementation.
• Nurture and develop senior managers, consultants and technical leaders.
