Job summary

Duni Group is seeking a proactive Planning & Supply Chain Analyst to optimize inventory, improve forecast accuracy, and drive data-driven decisions across the supply chain in Malmö. You will lead alignment meetings, develop BI tools, and partner with Demand Planning, Sourcing, and Logistics to enable strong product availability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Planning Alignment meetings across key functions.
• Drive Phase-In and Phase-Out processes for product lifecycle.
• Monitor forecasts and identify risks of overstock and stockouts.
• Lead supply chain improvement projects, including inventory optimization.
• Own and drive the Executive Sign-Off process.
• Develop and improve BI tools, reporting, and data insights.
• Perform business analysis linked to performance, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Support strategic projects and ad hoc initiatives.
