Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a diligent Purchasing & Production Planning professional in Kristianstad, Sweden. The role focuses on timely purchase orders, coordinating with supervisors on production plans, and managing Kanban and consignment inventories.

You will optimize material flows, improve delivery reliability, and reduce costs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have hands-on purchasing and planning experience in manufacturing, plus ERP exposure (Oracle or similar).

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing and planning in manufacturing environments.
• ERP experience is advantageous (Oracle or similar).
• Post-secondary education in logistics, purchasing, industrial engineering or management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Place purchase orders and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Plan production with supervisors based on orders and material availability.
• Work with Kanban and consignment inventory.
• Optimize inventory and reduce lead times.
