Job summary

Linxon is seeking a Project Buyer to join our Västerås-based Supply Chain team in Sweden. You will identify and qualify suppliers, negotiate agreements, and adapt contract frameworks to fit local project needs.

You will analyze bids, support bid teams, and monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and quality. This role requires strong multitasking and collaboration with stakeholders across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in procurement and sourcing within EPC projects is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify new suppliers in cooperation with category team and qualify them.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and renew price lists as needed.
• Adapt contracts to local business needs and propose frame agreements.
• Analyze bids to determine best value and support bid teams with market information.
• Track deliveries, verify goods receipt, and ensure invoice processing.
