The ideal candidate will define target architectures for PLM, work closely with senior stakeholders, and lead initiatives for data harmonization across engineering and manufacturing. Formación

• 15+ years of experience in PLM, business architecture, or enterprise transformation roles.
• Deep understanding of PLM systems and product data management.
• Strong communication and skills to influence at senior levels.

Responsabilidades

• Define target state architecture for PLM and Digital Thread.
• Translate strategy into actionable capability models and roadmaps.
• Lead initiatives for PLM process and data harmonization.
• Collaborate with leaders to define capability ownership and governance.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Support evaluation and implementation of PLM technologies.
