NCC is seeking a Head of Planning & Logistics to drive methodologies and frameworks within the Green Industry Transformation. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of large-scale projects by fostering collaboration between various stakeholders.

The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in planning and logistics to enhance project execution and lead teams towards adopting innovative working methods. In addition to robust experience, strong communication and coaching skills are essential for guiding teams through change.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in planning, logistics or project controls in complex environments.
• Experience in developing and improving planning methodologies and governance models.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Define planning methodologies, logistics frameworks, and governance.
• Support project development and discussions from a logistics perspective.
• Lead onboarding and capability building of specialists.
