Job summary

Husqvarna Group is seeking a Category Manager based in Huskvarna, Sweden, responsible for sourcing accessories to the robotics and wheeled portfolio. You will develop strategies, manage supplier relations, and drive value across the full product life cycle while collaborating with R&D, Product Management, and Logistics.

The role offers a broad commercial scope, with gradual responsibility growth and a focus on quality, delivery, cost efficiency, innovation, and sustainability in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or supply chain management, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years' experience in purchasing, sourcing or related commercial role.
• Good commercial understanding and interest in strategic sourcing and category management.
• Experience in an international environment is an advantage.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Be ultimately responsible for all supplier relations within your categories and meet targets for cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability.
• Create long-term strategies anchored with internal stakeholders to deliver optimized value.
• Develop and maintain vendor agreements.
• Manage sourcing projects and lead negotiations of terms.
• Build relations with suppliers to improve performance and enable innovation.
• Collaborate with internal sourcing, R&D, Product Management & Logistics.
• Set up and manage annual budget of cost-saving activities.
