Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in banking/financial services
• Experience from controlling, analysis or similar roles with ability to translate data into business insights
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
• Experience with financial performance analysis and client profitability understanding
• Hands-on experience with AI or automation is valued, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide insights through analysis, reporting and dialogue with senior stakeholders
• Support financial steering, target follow-up and performance evaluation across business areas
• Contribute to client profitability analysis and business decision support
• Improve reporting, processes and analytical frameworks and collaborate with CIB stakeholders
