Job Description: Stockroom Coordinator

Working hours: Part time 75%

Reports to: Store Manager

Role:

We are looking for a Stockroom Coordinator for our store at Hede Fashion Outlet. This is a 75% part-time position, mainly scheduled on weekdays, with occasional weekend shifts during peak sales periods and key commercial activities.

Purpose:

The Stockroom Coordinator ensures an efficient, accurate and well-organized stock operation that supports the store’s commercial performance. The role is responsible for the full product flow, from delivery, processing and storage to replenishment, transfers and returns, ensuring the right product is available at the right time. Working closely with the Store Manager and sales team, the Stockroom Coordinator supports product availability, stock accuracy, operational efficiency and loss-prevention standards.

Areas of Responsibility

The Stockroom Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a structured, accurate and commercially focused stock operation that supports the daily performance of the store.

  • Stockroom Operations Manage daily stockroom routines and maintain a structured, efficient and accessible environment for product handling.

  • Deliveries & Stock Flow Coordinate incoming deliveries, stock movements, transfers and returns, ensuring products are processed accurately and made available efficiently.

  • Replenishment & Product Availability Ensure effective replenishment between the stockroom and sales floor to support product availability, campaigns, launches and daily sales opportunities.

  • Inventory Accuracy & Loss Prevention Maintain stock accuracy through routines and controls, identify discrepancies and partner with store management to minimize stock loss.

  • Team Coordination Coordinate and prioritize stockroom activities with store management, ensuring relevant routines and standards are understood and followed.

  • Commercial Support Use stock insights to identify opportunities, communicate availability needs and support commercial decisions together with Store Management, Buying and the sales team.
