Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in business/financial controlling or business analysis.
• Academic degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI and SAP.
• Ability to collaborate with senior management and stakeholders.
• Strong communication to present financial insights.
• Genuine interest in technology and tech-driven environments.
• Strategic mindset to link finance with business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting for assigned tech areas.
• Consolidate financial reporting and support monthly close.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights.
• Monitor invoices, accruals and cost allocations.
• Ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Develop budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support procurement processes and contract follow-up.
• Perform cost analyses and investment controlling for tech projects.
• Track costs and benefits of a large multi-year initiative.
• Partner with senior leaders to improve cost efficiency.
• Contribute to short- and long-term planning.
