Job summary

Xebia, a global tech company, is seeking an experienced iOS developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS apps using Swift. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable features end-to-end and contribute to architecture decisions and performance enhancements.

The role requires 5+ years in iOS, strong Swift expertise, and a solid understanding of modern iOS frameworks, patterns, and async data flows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of iOS development in commercial products.
• Advanced Swift proficiency and deep knowledge of iOS frameworks, SDKs, and design patterns.
• Strong understanding of app architecture (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture) and performance optimization.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and server communication.
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex production issues; plus familiarity with AI-powered coding assistants to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Work from the Stockholm office 2-3 days per week; design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS apps using Swift.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-focused features end-to-end.
• Contribute to app architecture decisions and continuously improve performance and code quality.
• Integrate mobile applications with backend services and manage asynchronous data flows.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing improvements.
