As an AI Engineer you will research, build, and ship AI systems—from data ingestion to adaptive content—collaborating with engineers, product, and learning experts.

You will move from paper to prototype to production quickly, using TypeScript and Python, with a bias for practical results and clear communication in English.

Qualifications

• Real experience shipping AI systems in production environments.
• Depth in modern AI stack: RAG, agentic workflows, structured generation, evals, vector DBs.

Responsibilities

• Build AI learning pipelines end to end: ingest sources to generated content.
• Handle messy knowledge sources and turn them into usable learning content.
• Develop evaluation infrastructure to measure content quality and improve metrics.
• Improve AI production system: prompts, templates, orchestration, latency, cost.
