Job description

At H&M Creative Studios, we develop and deliver H&M’s customer-facing brand and content experiences globally.

Bringing together strategists, creatives, designers, creators, producers and specialists, we are responsible for H&M’s global campaigns, editorial storytelling, creator marketing, organic social channels, e-commerce content, brand design and physical brand experiences.

Together, we shape how millions of customers discover, experience and engage with H&M every day.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Still Life Stylist, you’ll play a key role in creating inspiring and commercially relevant product imagery that brings our products to life for customers. With strong styling expertise and a deep understanding of brand standards, you’ll ensure every image delivers a consistent, elevated, and engaging visual experience. You will contribute to creative development and ensure visual consistency across products and categories, while working efficiently to meet daily and weekly production goals in a fast-paced studio environment.

Key responsibilities include

  • Style, produce, and deliver assigned product imagery that showcases products in an inspiring, customer-focused, and commercially relevant way.
  • Ensure styling execution according to established briefs, visual guidelines, and brand standards, consistently reflecting the brand’s visual identity and creative direction.
  • Work effectively against production targets, timelines, and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Contribute to developing and refining styling guidelines that support consistency and quality in daily production.
  • Collaborate and communicate with several studio functions to ensure strong visual product presentations, efficient workflows, and production results.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll work closely with Stylists, Photographers, Creative Lead, Studio Production Planner, and other studio functions. Together, you’ll deliver high-quality content that supports the customer journey and strengthens the brand experience across digital channels.

WHO YOU ARE

To succeed in this role, you combine a strong aesthetic eye with the ability to deliver efficiently in a high-volume production environment. You value visual quality and consistency just as much as productivity and on-time delivery, taking ownership of both the creative result and production outcome while adapting quickly to changing priorities.

We are looking for people with…

  • Previous experience in styling, preferably within still life, fashion, visual merchandising, e-commerce production, or a similar field.
  • A solid understanding of brand visual identity and the ability to maintain a coherent visual expression across different products and categories.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work, maintain strong productivity, and deliver against production targets and deadlines.
  • A genuine interest in fashion and a keen eye for design, composition, texture and detail.

And people who are…

  • Organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment, and solution-focused when faced with deadlines and changing conditions.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and accountable for both quality and delivery.
  • Independent, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Curious and eager to continuously learn, develop, and improve both creative output and ways of working.
