Job summary

Vend is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to maintain and evolve our platform, ensuring high availability and a streamlined developer experience. You will automate, monitor, and improve our Kubernetes-based stack in Google Cloud, while partnering with Nordic marketplaces and internal teams.

You’ll join a collaborative, diverse group that values learning and communication. The role offers hybrid work options and a focus on scalable, reliable systems across FINN, Blocket, and more.

Qualifications

Engineering background with production experience in cloud environments.
Proven ability to ship reliable systems and reduced toil.
Strong English communication and stakeholder management.
Experience with IaC, CI/CD, and platform automation.

Responsibilities

Keep services highly available and automate platforms for developers.
Deploy new services, monitor performance, and diagnose issues.
Advance automation, IaC, and continuous delivery practices.
Collaborate with internal developers and Nordic stakeholders on platform capabilities.
