Job summary

Beyond Gravity is seeking a Quality professional to lead the development of QA culture, establish CTQ features, and coordinate with Process Engineering and Operations to ensure space-grade quality."

The role offers a hybrid work model in Gothenburg, Sweden, with focus on continuous improvement, non-conformance management, and QA documentation. Fluency in English and knowledge of space industry standards are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Quality and Continuous Improvement.
• Preferred education: BSc/MSc in Engineering or similar.
• Knowledge of EN9100, ECSS, NASA and MIL standards.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• MS Office experience required.
• Experience with quality preventive methodologies (5Why, Ishikawa).
• Nice to have: additional languages beyond English (German, French, Swedish).
• Experience in other Space companies.

Responsibilities

• Develop Quality Assurance Requirements and Culture with cross-functional collaboration.
• Act as main interface for Process Engineering and Operations on quality and safety topics.
• Establish CTQ features with Process Engineering and Operations.
• Lead Non-Conformance investigations when requirements are violated.
• Supervise MAIT Process Development and Qualification for quality aspects.
• Perform KIP and MIP documentation for production records.
• Execute QA program in line with project milestones.
• Lead RCA and investigation activities in Operations.
• Develop CTQ and Control Plans with Process Engineering and Operations.
• Provide QA input to proposals and audits.
