Job summary

Voyado is seeking a Solution Owner to lead the Elevate accelerator track, starting with Shopify integration. You will bridge customer needs, implementation expertise, and Engineering to build scalable integrations across diverse tech setups.

You’ll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams, owning solution direction without altering the Elevate product itself, ensuring reusable, future-ready integrations across ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing integrations using REST APIs.
• Experience working with developers and prioritizing development work.
• Experience working directly with customers in advisory or technical capacity.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

What happens when 30 retailers have different technical setups, but you want to give them one scalable integration? That’s one of the challenges you’ll take on as our Solution Owner for Accelerators. Voyado Elevate helps retailers create more relevant and personalized shopping experiences. Getting the full value from Elevate also means connecting it seamlessly with the platforms our customers already use. As Shopify continues to grow within our customer base, making those integrations easier, faster, and more reusable becomes increasingly important. That’s where our accelerators come in.

About The Role

As Solution Owner, you'll take ownership of our accelerator track for Elevate, initially with a strong focus on Shopify. You'll work at the intersection of customer needs, implementation expertise, and Engineering, helping us evolve how we build and maintain integrations that can serve many customers with different technical setups. This isn't quite a Product Manager role, and it isn't quite a Solution Architect role either. You'll combine technical solution ownership with elements of product and project management, customer dialogue, and implementation. You won't own the direction of the Elevate product itself. Instead, you'll own an important part of how we make that product easier and more scalable to integrate into our customers' ecosystems.

Some Of The Things You'll Be Up To

• Own and continuously evolve our accelerator solutions, ensuring they meet both current customer needs and the longer-term needs of our growing customer base
• Shape the requirements, priorities, and development plan for our accelerator capabilities together with Engineering and other stakeholders
• Work directly with customers to understand both the business and technical sides of their e-commerce setup and determine how Elevate can best integrate with it
• Collaborate closely with your Expert Services team, exchanging knowledge and solving complex implementation and integration challenges together
• Coordinate with relevant partners and stakeholders involved in our accelerator ecosystem
• Over time, independently take responsibility for customer onboarding alongside your accelerator ownership

So, who are you? We think you're someone who enjoys operating where technology, customers, and development meet. You might currently be working as a Technical Project Manager, Solution Architect, Technical Product Owner, Application Specialist, Implementation Consultant, or in another role where you've had to understand complex technical requirements and turn them into solutions. You're technical enough to understand integrations, APIs, and how systems fit together, but you also enjoy the coordination and ownership required to get something built. You can sit with a customer to understand why their setup works the way it does, then take that context into a conversation with Engineering and turn it into something concrete and actionable. The environment will keep changing. Shopify will evolve, Elevate will evolve, and our customers will bring new use cases. You enjoy that kind of movement and are comfortable taking ownership even when every answer isn't available from the start.

We Believe You Have

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or another relevant technical field
• Hands-on experience designing and developing integrations using REST APIs.
• Experience working closely with developers and participating in the planning and prioritization of development work
• Experience working directly with customers in an advisory or technical capacity, such as implementation, onboarding, consulting, or solution architecture
• Fluency in English, written and spoken

Experience working with Shopify is highly valued, particularly if you've worked with its technical ecosystem, integrations, or implementations in an e-commerce environment.
