Job summary

Nordea is seeking an experienced Software Lifecycle Manager with a strong focus on data management and Power BI to ensure data accuracy across large datasets and support regulatory reporting. This permanent role is based in Sweden within Group Technology.

You will own internal operational reports, develop Power BI reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize software asset management and address technical debt.

Qualifications

• Documented experience in Software Asset Management with focus on software lifecycle and technical debt.
• Strong PowerBI reporting skills and ad-hoc report development.
• Experience with SAM tools and data preparation for regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

About Our Team

Meet the Software Asset Management team. Our role is to ensure software license compliance including optimization of the usage together with the stakeholders and also monitor and address software technical debt to the stakeholders for mitigation. This position will focus on the latter tasks.

This role is based in Sweden.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be responsible for the internal operational reports as well as the reports for the data controls used in the team.
• Be responsible for the user interfaces.
• Prepare the data for regulatory reports on monthly basis.
• Connect to other units for data deliveries, to and from our database.

Who You Are

This is the right role for you if are able to understand the huge loads of data and manage to select and prioritize the important information. You love working in a team but at the same time you have the capability to work independently. You have some years of experience in working with SAM-tools and know how to develop reports in Power BI.

Your background / skills:

• Documented experience of working with Software Asset Management with main focus on Software Lifecycle and technical debt.
• Skilled in PowerBI and ability to create ad-hoc reports fast.
• Experience in Software Lifecycle tools, especially Flexera’s Data Platform, FlexNetManagerSuite(FNMS) and FlexeraOne.
