Job summary

Truecaller, a Sweden-born company, is hiring an iOS Software Engineer to shape the iOS app from authentication to search, collaborating with teams to realize the vision of a secure, trusted online identity.

You will design, develop, and maintain the iOS app, optimize performance, and stay ahead with the latest iOS trends while contributing to architecture and end-to-end development processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of iOS development experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Swift and Cocoa/iOS architectures.
• Experience with asynchronous server communication and UX optimization.
• Experience in agile development.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Role

As a Software Engineer, iOS you will have an impact on how our users use the iOS app, you will be working on the whole app from the authentication to the search feature, and you will also work very closely with all the other teams in the company to achieve our company vision: enabling each person or business to maintain a secure and trusted online identity.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain the company's iOS application
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

What you bring in

• 3-5 years of overall experience with iOS development
• Advanced knowledge of programming using Swift
• Deep understanding and several years of hands‑on experience in Cocoa and iOS application development (architectures, design, tools, SDKs), asynchronous server communication, and UX optimization
• Experience in agile development
• Fluent communication skills in oral and written English

It would be great if you also have

• SwiftUI experience
• Swift async/await experience
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and Fastlane
