Job summary

Expleo Group in Sweden seeks an experienced PLM specialist to bridge business and technical teams, guiding Teamcenter PLM usage and shaping PDM processes. The role emphasizes evaluating current methods against industry standards and detailing business needs for strategic solutions.

You will work with global teams, applying strong English communications and a holistic problem-solving approach, with Azure cloud awareness as a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Siemens PLM, Teamcenter and Active Workspace in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of industrial manufacturing development processes.
• Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.
• Experience in global and complex environments.
• Basic knowledge of Azure cloud environments.
• Strategic and holistic problem solving.
• Technical academic education, preferably MSc or higher.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of experience working with Siemens PLM, mainly Teamcenter & Active Workspace with focus on Manufacturing Engineering
• Good knowledge about Industrial Manufacturing development processes
• Fluency in spoken and written English. Swedish is meritorious
• Experience from working with global and complex environments
• Basic knowledge of Azure cloud environments
• Strategic and holistic perspective when examining a challenge.
• Technical academic education, preferably Master of Science or similar degree
