Job summary

Tieto Caretech, a Nordic health and social care software provider, is seeking a service delivery leader to manage complex deliveries across Swedish and German markets. The role focuses on ensuring customer success through multi-team collaboration, data-centric solutions, and AI-enabled workflow improvements.

You will work within a growing international team, engaging with delivery management, product management, and development colleagues to continuously enhance operations and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with service delivery of data-centric solutions.
• Fluent ITIL knowledge.
• Fluency in Swedish and/or German, plus English.
• Experience with data platforms and cloud environments.
• Experience in healthcare industry.

At Tieto Caretech’s Data Driven Care unit we are reshaping healthcare and social care services by providing our customers with data-driven solutions. Our team consists of high-end professionals working in platform development, data science, data engineering, data modelling, cloud solutions, security and software development.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Leading service deliveries and act as a key contact person towards customers
• Your focus will be in service deliveries in Swedish- and German-speaking European markets
• Ensuring the success of our customers in their operations with our deliveries
• Continuous development of our operations together with colleagues in delivery management, product management and development teams
• Building relationships inside the organization to promote active collaboration

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Service delivery management experience of data centric solutions.
• Fluent ITIL knowledge.
• Fluency in Swedish and/or German, as well as English, is required for this role.
• Experience of data platforms and cloud environments
• Experience of healthcare industry

AI knowledge requirement

AI literacy is expected for this role. You will be comfortable using approved AI tools to improve quality and productivity in everyday work (e.g., drafting, summarising, analysing, and automating routine tasks). You can write clear prompts/instructions, critically evaluate and validate AI outputs, and apply sound judgement when results are incomplete, biased, or incorrect. You understand and follow company policies and applicable legal/regulatory requirements for confidentiality, privacy, security, and responsible AI use (including not sharing sensitive data in unapproved tools).
