Job summary

Huawei Sweden is seeking a Senior Visual & Motion Designer to join the Lund UX team. You will own the final UI and motion design, balancing AI-enabled prototyping with precise, handcrafted visuals for mass-market products in China and internationally.

Bring 5+ years in senior design roles, with a portfolio demonstrating production-ready UI, visual styling, and motion work. You will collaborate across teams and adapt to a global, cross-cultural environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in visual/ digital design.
• 5+ years as a senior designer delivering visuals for large-scale consumer markets.
• Proactive, hands-on project leadership with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own UI visuals and motion design from start to finish.
• Balance daily work with AI-assisted rapid prototyping while ensuring polish and accuracy.
• Lead visual design for new concepts and features where AI cannot assist.
• Make independent design decisions to keep projects moving toward production.
• Evaluate how visual solutions fit into the broader product ecosystem and goals.
• Translate user research findings into clear visual/interface designs.
