Job summary

Digitalenta AB in Malmö is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape a new Commercial Planning solution for sales, expansion teams and retail design. You will design guided, scalable experiences for day-to-day operations and major projects such as new stores and expansions.

You will lead discovery, map end-to-end journeys, prototype, test with users in multiple markets and collaborate with engineering to integrate with design systems and data sources. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products.
• Experience with data-rich, spatial or 3D-enabled workflows is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, scalable planning experiences across user journeys.
• Lead user-centred discovery and design: map journeys and identify pain points.
• Prototype, test and refine with users across markets.
• Simplify complex planning workflows with guided experiences.
• Shape a reusable design foundation with engineering teams and design systems.
