Qualifikationen

• Flera års erfarenhet av verifiering, validering och test av säkerhetsskyddade system.
• Erfarenhet från fordonsindustrin.
• God förståelse för utvecklingsprocesser inom fordonsmjukvara.
• Dokumenterad erfarenhet av systemverifiering, funktionstester och testkörning.
• Hands-on erfarenhet av Vector-verktyg är obligatorisk.
• Starka analytiska och problemlösande färdigheter.
• Utmärkta kommunikations- och teamarbete färdigheter.

Aufgaben

• Planera och genomföra system- och funktionsverifiering av kompletta elektromobilitetssystem.
• Utföra tester i både fysiska och simulerade miljöer.
• Bryta ned krav och användningsfall till detaljerade testfall.
• Underhålla och uppdatera testfall genom hela utvecklingslivscykeln.
• Genomföra funktions- och regressionstester.
• Analysera verifieringsresultat och skapa omfattande testrapporter.
• Felsöka över olika testobjekt och systemkonfigurationer.
• Identifiera, dokumentera och rapportera mjukvaru- och systemfel.
• Kommunicera testresultat, fynd och risker till relevanta intressenter.
• Identifiera och lyfta risker som kan påverka leveranskvalitet och systemtillit.

Are you an experienced Test Engineer passionate about automotive technology, electric vehicles, and safety-critical systems? Hykmann Global Business Solutions AB is looking for a skilled Test Engineer / Verification Engineer to contribute to the development and verification of next-generation electric vehicle systems.

About the Role

You will be responsible for verifying the functionality, performance, quality, and reliability of complete electromobility systems in both real-world and simulated environments.

Working closely with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate functional requirements into test cases, execute verification activities, analyse results, and identify potential issues that could affect product quality or project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute system and functional verification of complete electromobility systems.
• Perform testing in both physical and simulated environments.
• Break down functional requirements and use cases into detailed test cases.
• Maintain and update test cases throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct functional testing and regression testing.
• Analyse verification results and prepare comprehensive test reports.
• Perform troubleshooting across different test objects and system configurations.
• Identify, document, and report software and system defects.
• Communicate test results, findings, and potential risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and highlight risks that could impact delivery quality, project schedules, or system reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful verification and validation.

Required Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in verification, validation, and testing of safety-critical systems.
• Experience within the automotive industry.
• Good understanding of automotive software development processes.
• Proven experience in system verification, functional testing, and test execution.
• Hands-on experience with Vector tools is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with engineering tools such as Protom and Kola.
• Category C driving licence.
