Jelber in Stockholm, Helsinki or Copenhagen seeks an experienced Senior T24 Architect to shape a large Core Banking landscape and define the Temenos T24 architecture aligned with business strategy.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, engineers and partners across markets to ensure stability, resilience and platform modernization while promoting API-first and cloud-enabled approaches.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with Temenos T24/Temenos Transact in architecture, solution design or senior engineering roles.
• Deep understanding of Core Banking processes, platform capabilities and integration dependencies.
• Proven track record leading architecture for large-scale transformation or modernization.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve the architecture roadmap for Temenos T24 and surrounding Core Banking capabilities.
• Provide end-to-end architectural leadership across complex initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into robust, implementable solutions including integrations across channels and data platforms.
• Identify interfaces, data flows and dependencies across applications and services.
• Evaluate architectural alternatives and trade-offs between value, risk and complexity.
• Drive modernization and API-first, event-driven, cloud-enabled patterns.
• Improve maintainability, testability and operability across markets.
• Define requirements for availability, security, performance and resilience.
• Guide architecture reviews to ensure alignment with standards and regulatory expectations.
• Mentor architects and engineers to foster collaboration and accountable decisions.
