Job summary

KPMG is seeking senior leaders in supply chain and operations to drive transformational engagements across Sweden. You will work with top organisations to optimise planning, manufacturing, logistics and procurement, while shaping KPMG’s growth agenda and go-to-market offerings.

The role can be placed in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö, depending on location and preference, with a focus on leadership, senior stakeholder engagement and client impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• 5–12 years of experience in management consulting or relevant industry roles.
• Led strategy and/or transformation projects within supply chain or operations (e.g., manufacturing, network optimization, warehousing, logistics, planning, procurement).
• Fluent in English; Swedish language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements that help clients unlock profitable growth by optimizing supply chain and operations.
• Support strategy and performance improvement projects across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and more.
• Design operating models, optimize global footprint, implement new processes or improve cost-efficiency.
• Shape growth strategy, identify new opportunities, build client relationships and contribute to developing methods and offerings.
