Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain related field, required.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in oil & gas subcontracting.
• Minimum 6 years Subcontracts experience in Oil & Gas.
• Field experience and knowledge of subcontract policies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate proposals and understand rates, cost structures, and delivery schedules.
• Administer subcontract functions for projects and bids.
• Develop and implement subcontract management strategies.
• Guide site leadership and home office on subcontract matters.
• Prepare and present subcontract management reports.
• Ensure compliance with contracting policies and proper subcontracts handling.
• Coordinate with field Subcontract Coordinators and suppliers.
• Support subcontract issue resolution and performance reviews.
