Job description

TietoBanktechpowers trusted banking systems across the Nordics. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who takes ownership—someone who drives outcomes, makes decisions, and collaborates closely with stakeholders.

You will be a hands-on engineer and technical owner of our Equity post-trade platform, shaping architecture while contributing to code and modernization.

What You’ll Do

• Take end-to-end ownership of features from design to production
• Build modern solutions using C#, .NET, APIs, and microservices
• Lead modernization
• Collaborate closely with Product and business stakeholders
• Communicate clearly, influence decisions, and mentor others
