Job summary

SeenThis is building platforms to scale video advertising on the open web. You’ll join our R&D org to own problems end to end with your team, across Core Tech, Studio, and Creative Manager streams.

We hire senior to staff+ engineers who design distributed systems, ship features, and apply AI to automate workflows while keeping humans in the loop.

SeenThis is expanding globally with offices and a focus on reliable, scalable, high-impact engineering across the product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Senior level: owned complex systems end to end and shipped them into production.
• Staff+ level: led ambiguous, multi-month technical problems, made strong architectural calls.
• You have very strong engineering fundamentals and design distributed systems that scale with observability.
• You have full-stack range: TypeScript and Node; fundamentals matter more than the stack.
• You’ve shipped LLM or agent features in production: tool use, retrieval, orchestration, evals, and guardrails.
• You drive alignment across technical and non-technical people, and work out what matters most.
• You have high ownership and low ego; you care about quality and impact.
• You already work AI-native: direct agents, judge output, build tooling.

Responsibilities

• Take a problem from discovery through to something shipped and working with your team.
• Own the full lifecycle: design, build, ship, operate, and iterate; make architectural calls.
• Design scalable distributed services with observability and operational care.
• Build AI into real product workflows with guardrails and human-in-the-loop review.
• Raise the engineering bar through code review, mentoring, and technical direction.
