We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team within Secure Networking at Saab’s Business Unit Digital Battlespace Solutions. What We’re Looking For

We strive for a high degree of decentralized decision making to achieve speed and quality. You will be expected to navigate ambiguous requirements to define technical specifications. Further, you should have

• A master’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering physics, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant software development experience in a professional environment. Good understanding and experience of agile development.
• Programming languages such as Python, C, C++, or Go.
• Experience working in Linux based development environments. Experience with Yocto Linux is a plus.
• Knowledge of Software Defined Networking (SDN). Experience in P4 programming is a plus.
• Understanding of Information Assurance and Cybersecurity.
• Deep understanding of software-hardware interaction.
• Other relevant certifications are meritorious.

The position is primarily performed on-site at Saab’s facilities in either Linköping or Stockholm, though remote work and travel may occur.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
