Job summary

Integrity360 in Stockholm is seeking a Level 3 SOC Analyst to join our MDR team onsite five days a week. You will act as escalation point and work across SIEM, EDR, NIDS, and SOAR to protect customer environments.

The role emphasizes advanced incident investigations, threat analysis and detection tuning, with collaboration to strengthen clients' cyber security posture. Candidates should have hands-on SOC/MDR experience, strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior analysts;

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in SOC/MDR or similar environments.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, NIDS, SOAR, and DLP.
• Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and threat hunting.
• Experience with cloud security monitoring (Azure, AWS, GCP) is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customer-facing discussions.
• Ability to manage multiple complex incidents under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Act as Level 3 escalation point for advanced investigations.
• Lead advanced incident investigations including containment and remediation.
• Analyze events, logs, and telemetry across endpoints and network.
• Tune SIEM/EDR/IDS/SOAR configurations to reduce false positives.
• Develop detection use cases and alerting logic.
• Provide technical recommendations to improve customer security posture.
• Mentor Level 1/2 analysts and promote best practices.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
