Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in release management, production, or equivalent roles in the games industry, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead capacity.
• Proven track record of releasing and publishing at least one base game on multiple platforms, including at least one console release.
• Deep understanding of the full game development lifecycle and its integration with publishing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-platform releases across the full game lifecycle, partnering with production to integrate platform, compliance, and publishing requirements from early development through post-launch.
• Own Compliance & Submissions – Serve as the company’s subject matter expert for first-party processes, building relationships with Nintendo, PlayStation, XBOX, and PC platform partners.
• Shape Process & Policy – Design, document, and implement release management workflows that scale across products, teams, and regions.
• Drive Risk Management – Anticipate release challenges, implement mitigation plans, and act as the escalation point for high-priority issues.
• Guide & Support – Share expertise with Release Managers, contribute to best practices, and help raise the quality and efficiency of release operations across the team.
