Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to take ownership of a digital product , translate customer and business needs into clear product priorities, and lead a cross-functional team toward measurable outcomes. The role combines customer understanding, product strategy, prioritization, delivery, a strong execution mindset, data-driven decision-making and stakeholder management. The Product Owner independently owns the direction and outcomes of the product within the broader product-area strategy , with experience in AI and chatbot products required. The ideal candidate can be given a product problem and a desired business/customer outcome, rather than a predefined list of features, and lead the team from discovery and prioritization through delivery and measurement .

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer & discovery: own customer centricity, identify unmet needs through qualitative and quantitative insights , contribute to structured discovery and research , and balance desirability, viability and feasibility .
• Product strategy & roadmap: define a cohesive product strategy aligned with the product-area strategy, translate it into a prioritized roadmap , define OKRs , business rules and expected user behaviors, and make clear trade-offs.
• Delivery & measurable impact: own product goals, OKRs/KPIs and outcomes; prioritize the backlog ; define success criteria; use experimentation and learning loops ; deprioritize low-value initiatives.
• Stakeholder management: lead alignment and represent the product team, influence without formal authority, manage competing demands, facilitate trade-off discussions and identify dependencies early.
• Team leadership: create clarity and direction, role model strong product-management practices , and build shared ownership around outcomes rather than activities or outputs.
• Continuously use customer and co-worker feedback to improve the product.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• Strong experience in digital product development / product management within a 4-7 year profile.
• Experience with digital products, AI and chatbots .
• Experience owning a digital product or substantial product scope.
• Strong understanding of discovery, prioritization, roadmapping and product delivery .
• Experience defining and working toward measurable outcomes, KPIs or OKRs .
• Proven ability to translate customer and business needs into product decisions.
• Experience leading a cross-functional team without relying on formal authority.
