Job summary

OX2 is seeking a Senior PPA Structurer to act as deal captain for PPA/FPA transactions across Europe. Based in our Energy Origination & Markets team, you will steer structuring, term sheet negotiation, and final contract signing with cross-functional teams and external partners.

You will operate independently from day one, driving value and strengthening structuring and pricing capabilities while collaborating with originators, legal, treasury, and investors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PPA structuring and/or negotiation.
• Proven track record of closing multiple PPA/FPA deals with corporates and utilities.
• Strong understanding of European power markets and transaction structures.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of revenue agreements and their impact on business case and sensitivities.
• Ability to lead complex projects while managing multiple stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; international experience and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead PPA/FPA structuring and negotiations for multiple projects across different markets.
• Interface with customers in close collaboration with PPA originators.
• Act as project manager for internal and external stakeholders in transaction processes.
• Drive development of term sheets, long-form agreements, and supporting materials for offtakers.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (legal, technical, treasury, investment, market intelligence).
• Manage relationships with external advisors, including brokers, M&A teams, and legal counsel.
• Oversee due diligence processes related to PPA transactions.
• Engage with off-takers, investors, and partners across global markets.
