Qualifications

• Recognized subject matter expert within the Power Automation area.
• Strong experience managing complex engineering projects or processes.
• Proven ability to combine technical excellence with commercial understanding.
• Comfortable operating in large, multidisciplinary and international project environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Overall coordination of Automation related activities within projects.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities.
• Define and manage engineering scope, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Provide back-office technical support during commissioning and start-up phases.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage risks and opportunities across the project.
